As an educator in the massage therapy program at Lambton College my goal is to encourage critical thinking, and evidence-based practice.
This is accomplished by blending in class hand-on education with a number of digital options to enhance learning. I run an online educational resources called The RMT Education Project to help students with their learning goals.
In addition to exploring concepts central to the theme of digital transformation in higher education. I have been looking for ways of incorporating principles of inquiry-based learning into my coursework.
I strive to connect learners with the latest scientific finding. My writing has been featured in a number of publications including, but not limited to: Ontario Brain Injury Association Review, Canadian Chiropractor Magazine, Massage Magazine, Massage Therapy Canada, Massage Therapy Today, and MNZ Magazine (Massage New Zealand).
